TP was created as a tool to assist in the process of buying/selling a property and to have a secure digital place to sign and verify documents with all the people involved and complete a successful sale/purchase from anywhere with an internet connection.

The Problem

TP is working as a data center to manage the process to buy / sell a property, part of the process is meet on site to check and signing required documents with sellers, buyers, attorneys and all the parties involved.

Needs and Pain Points

• Sellers and buyers prefer a face-to-face meeting to secure the process and avoid fraud.
• Title agents needs an intuitive application to include in their process seamlessly.
• The nature of the process requires a high level of security to identify participants and share personal information during the meeting.

User Personas

During the client meetings we realized that we would have to work with two different types of users:

• Title Agents as administrator to manage the meetings and documents.
• Seller/Buyer as guest to sign documents and verify information during the meetings..

1. Document Management

   Users can upload, review, and sign digital documents related to the property transaction securely within the app.

2. Identity Verification

   Implementing robust identity verification measures to ensure the authenticity of participants involved in the notarization process.

3. Integration with Real Estate Platforms

   Optionally, integrating with real estate platforms to streamline the exchange of property-related documents and information.
